This one day course introduces participants to:-

Reaching Your Goals Course
This course is made up of six, three hour sessions.
The course is aimed at gaining an understanding of how to set a goal whether that's a personal, project or organisational goal. It supports participants work towards their goal(s) and providing them with the tools to create and work on future goals after the course is complete.

Session 3 - Overcoming Barriers And Setbacks
Session 4 - Building Your Goal Commitment (Part 1)
Session 5 - Building Your Goal Commitment (Part 2)
Session 6 - Realising Your Goal
Please note there is a two week gap between session 4 and 5 and 4 weeks between session 5 and 6 to allow participants to work on their goal.

Personal Safety In The Community Course
This is a 3 hour training session providing basic information on how to stay safe when working in community settings. It is suitable for people new to working out and about in a community setting or as a refresher..
